Hi,

I recently purchased some luxury towelling bathrobes and was hoping I would be able to use these in our apartments but they are just not soft enough or thick enough compared to what we normally use.

"Hard board like napkins"

While I cannot fault the ordering and delivery process, I was very disappointed with the napkins. They were the cheapest around and for a wedding to be used once only, it seemed a good solution. However the napkins are extremely stiff, creased and impossible to iron. I tried washing a couple and they did not soften and I couldn't get the creases out however hard I tried. The bundle was so heavy it didn't make sense to pay the return postage. I was very disappointed and I'm not quite sure what I am going to use for the wedding now. Definitely a false economy and a waste of money.

Didn't answer phones on Friday at 5:30pm, web site says close at 6pm. Shipped via DPD, I never received, they shipped one day late anyway even after paying extra for next day deliver. And even now, not received on day 3. Appalling. DPD didn't even bother trying to deliver here, four security cameras prove that! DPD were running late to photo The Travel Lodge and said "no-one in"...hahaha, very funny. Now they expect me to go to a post-office with nowhere to park and pick it up myself. What the hell? No way.
