"Great Product & Installation Service"

Decided to buy a screen from this company as the USB port in my car stopped working, so I couldn't use Wired CarPlay, and it works seamlessly - Essentially an Android Tablet in your car with Screen Mirroring, Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, very high quality resolution, no lag and was still able to use steering wheel controls! Installation was carried out very quickly by Ray, who was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company for any retrofits you would like done to your car

When I made inquiries about the Apple car play to choose for my car, I got a very good response and advice and Ray the engineer communicated well with me since the day I paid for the box until the day of installation which made me happy . I will recommend this company for your go too car play, lighting and other car extras . They are the best

"Great Screen, Excellent Customer Service."

I recently purchased a 350z android screen from
Vehicle Multimedia Systems and I'm happy with my purchase! Some pros and cons.

PROS:

1. Fast Delivery:
Compared with other competitors (Such as Nifty City or AliExpress), my unit arrived much faster than others were able to dispatch. I received my screen just under a week after purchase, having read the other stores listed above were making people wait 3+ months.

2. Excellent customer support:
I chose not to go for the engineer installation, as i felt I would be capable of doing the install myself, however during the process I did run into some issues with the wiring, however they were all too happy to help, the unit itself doesn't come with instructions, but when you contact them, the advice is clear, and they leave no stone unturned to get your device working, very impressed.

3. The device itself is really good, I was half expecting it to be laggy after reading reviews from competitors, however I was really happy with the unit, its fast, smooth and really modernises the car.

4. UK Based -
Makes liaising with the seller so much easier than rivals.

CONS:

1. More expensive than others:
The unit I purchased with Apple Carplay, was £1k. Significantly more than AliExpress or Nifty City for example. However the pros of the outweighed the cons for me.

2. Compatibility:
Just double check when making a purchase they have all the information available to send you the correct product, my unit was meant for a slightly earlier model 350z, however this wasn't a problem in my eyes and a little modification to the climate control dash sorted the fitment.

Overall I'm really happy, my experience wasn't a perfect one, however I still feel these guys are a really solid option to go to if your wanting a newer looking head unit.

"Disappointing follow up support"

Sold me a multimedia system for my bmw. Waited a couple of weeks for the installer to get in touch and after a few cancellations by the installer we got it in. Initially the support online was good but then it completely dried up. Emails not responded to. They kind of just leave you to work it out for yourself with a next to useless user guide. These guys clearly know their product but more support needs to be given to assist in what the product can and cant do. Disappointing.
