"The shocks came on time"

The shocks came on time. They were 'touring' shocks' I selected to get a smoother ride from my 2002 Mercedes CLK. The do not help the ride; no change from the factory shocks. I guess the suspension is the cause of the very stiff ride.

BEWARE!

Two Bilstein shocks failed at same time, almost exactly 50K miles. At first, customer service was helpful...just long enough to sell me replacements at full price (no discounts allowed for warranty replacements even though I had a coupon code), charge me full price to ship them (even though they are offering free shipping...doesn't apply to warranty replacements apparently) and have me pay full price to return the faulty shocks. Once the replacement shocks were received by shockwarehouse.com (confirmed by UPS and customer service), radio silence! No confirmation of receipt until I called after 3 weeks of nothing, no response to the several emails I have sent requesting status, online chat always times out before you get an operator, and no response to the email I sent to owner. All this just to ask what is happening with my return/warranty. It costs me an extra $50 for all the shipping plus the $180 for warranty replacements I have never been reimbursed for. This company will steal your money. BEWARE!
