It’s been wonderful experience studying in LCPS. At start it seems to be very difficult to achieve level 5 but the way the courses were structured and been carried out generated more interest. LCPS have lots of experienced and professional staff that’s why enjoyed studying here.

"AVOID "

I enrolled for the Level 6 Diploma in teaching and learning. I found the portal was very disappointing with limited resources and the study notes for the course were more suitable for a level 3 course. There are no resources to help you and reading list is not to be found. The assignments are just copies of the standards from the awarding body which gives limited information. I regret signing up with them. I would recommend developing the curriculum for the course before offering it as at the moment it is not worth the money. The finance team are disorganised and chased me several times for payments which I had already paid fortunately I could prove I had made payments.

"Excellent Diploma Experience & Service Delivery "

I have struggled to get a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care until I came across LCPS online. All fingers crossed, I gave it a trial having seen a few reviews from other students who has finished their courses on their website. I reached out, paid on installment (one of the highlight for me),wrote and submitted all my courses and I'm glad I passed all my modules. Such an amazing experience. I'm glad I have referred quite a lot of people to the college whose experience has nothing but been good as well including my husband who is currently writing the ILM Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. I will be glad to return to the College in future if I have more diplomas to take on as this diploma has fetched me a promotion at work and empowered me to be a better professional in my field of practice. I just have to thank you all for the assistance and support you gave me while studying for my OTHM Level 5 in Health and Social Care at LCPS. All the departments worked in collaboration to see me through. Although, at the beginning of the course, it appeared unachievable. With the assistance of the lecturers and the simplicity of the lecture notes, things later became easier. I will forever be grateful for your hard work and guidance.
I hereby recommend the college to anyone who is looking for a supportive teaching environment.

I achieved my OTHM Level 5 and Level 6 Diplomas in Health and Social Care Management through LCPS. The staff were very supportive and helpful throughout the duration of the course. They were very responsive as well. I highly recommend LCPS for further studies.

My experience with LCPS is absolutely amazing. Although I didn’t finish my course with them but their amazing support, was worth writing a review about it. I have been assisted by an amazing lady called Faiqa. She was absolutely fantastic.I would really recommend LCPS to my friends because they listen, they care and they make sure to help in any possible way. Honestly speaking and this is my experience. I enrolled sometime ago and was unable to start the course. I've spoken to a lady called Sonia a couple of times now who has been so helpful and I am now back as a student. She couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou for your help and professionalism.it is really appreciated.

"A better Service"

I am following up on my previous review.

I was contacted the day after my previous review with an apology for my bad experience with them (which I appreciated). On the same day, I also received the email with the refund/cancellation form. The staff kindly helped me fill out the form by explaining what information went where.

After filling out the form and sending it back, I received an invoice confirmation and was told it could take up to 5-7 working days to receive the money. I received the money after two days, which I am delighted with.

Although I had a rocky start, I am pleased with the outcome.

Course well structured, supervisors do their best. Never had a problem with the school. Payment of fees ...very flexible.
