Really enjoyable week learning the art of truck driving from scratch. Tristan from the St Albans base was fantastic, so patient and calming a true asset to the company.

This was a great course Steve at j Coates made the experience really enjoyable. Although i had covid at the start of the course he made me feel at ease and shown concern throughout the week making me feel it wasn't an issue. The modules were easy to follow and explained in detail and followed up with summaries to ensure understanding. Steve also allowed experience's to be shared by other driver which i found integral to the learnings of the course and kept you engaged to real life scenarios. i would recommend this company if needing to acquire training it is relaxed but most of all professional and delivers the necessary standard of training to progress

Thanks to everyone at Jcoates Frogmore, St Albans, especially Tristan who gave me the knowledge and confidence to pass first time with 0 minors!!! Was very anxious at first being ‘watched’ but straight away made me feel comfortable, put me at ease and answered my million questions!!!

My instructor Tristan was excellent, he made sure that I understood what was expected of me to pass my C1 license and always was open to questions. He was confident when instructing, critical when needed and clearly had great understanding. Thanks for helping me pass first time.
