Couldn’t sign in without creating a new passcode. Minutes didn’t come through in a short enough time. I renewed a day early, and the minutes didn’t go through until late in the next day

When someone calls and leaves their number as instructed you should call back as you say you will. I kept trying to call and kept leaving messages but I still haven't heard back from anyone. If I hadn't quit trying to push the reorder button I would still be waiting. The person that helped me, finally, was great.

I tried to report some misinformation on the Pinzoo webpage but was unable to speak with any staff. I made several attempts over a couple months. Always get same recorded messages about agents dealing with high call volume. Ponzoo’s webpage is archaic and customer service is almost non-existant. I probably won't use Pinzoo’s services again b/c of my experience.
