I am disappointed. do not send via FedEx packages to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It took them 8 days to deliver the package to us, and we are only a few kilometers away. also, the people who work there are very unprofessional and insulted us, saying that we lie and that the watch is a fake and that it is illegal to import non-original things.

Amendment:

I previously note wrote that - "a lower value was declared to customs that I paid for the watch. This caused me many problems when they inspected the package and I was lucky to escape a fine"

Marino at WatchyourWatch kindly took the trouble to write to me and showed that the correct value was in fact declared of the price of the watch plus shipping. It is clear that the problem was not at the company's end of things.
