"Products are great but weird customer relationship"

Products are great but the customer experience is very weird.
I ordered some products last week and on average I received 2 emails/day from them. They are way too pushy on the newsletter and communication.
Their tracking system gives you useless information, you have no visibility on when your product will arrive. My parents ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received their supplements.

I absolutely 💯 love the vegan amino acids blend. Being Vegan for 25+years it definitely has its challenges finding vitamins and herbs in vegan capsule form. Which is beyond ridiculous. However, I joined thinking this was deal for a subscription. No where did it mention $50 custom fee. I will further research a Canadian company that sells a similar product.
