"They are the worst"
They are the worst in the market. I am a freelancer, and I have been to several platforms. I know that all platforms charge a certain amount to transfer from their platform to the bank account, but at the cost of $17? That's highway robbery. Not to mention the delay of the transfer is too long.

"Complete disaster"
The title says a lot about the experience. I was hired through globalization partners and over 2 weeks have past since the day I was supposed to receive my first payment and my signing bonus. The customer support is useless, said the problem was on my bank accounts - note here, I provided 3 options, which all have been used for direct deposit. They said they tried 2 of them and did not work. Then customer service stopped to reply me as I was asking every day for updates. Now my second payment did arrive, which means they lied about the problem on my bank account. Such a shame, I'm considering going through legal ways to find a solution.

Have been employed through GP for nearly 3 months and awful experience. Nothing works. No customer service I wish I didn’t work through them. I work for a great company but the HR through GP is awful I will have move on. Don’t work for or with GP please

"If you care about your employee, choose another EOR"
They have 0 flexibility to anything. There were so many things that went south from the beginning and nobody has ever apologized and despites all the problems they haven't changed their ways.
Here are some of the topics:
- In the beginning they breached the contract that was signed with them by offering a worse and different pension scheme that was agreed. It was a lower amount and they have chosen a pension provider for me even though in the contract it said that the pension will be paid out in the salary (hence in Denmark, you can choose who you want the pension to be transferred to). After a lot of fight and many hours of work I got it changed.
- It takes forever to get your expenses paid out, they have to be accepted almost 1 month before the salary pay date, it's just too early and they show 0 flexibility in this
- They rolled out a new work hour registration policy that is way stricter than the local law. According to EU and the local Danish legislation you need to register the deviations from regular working hours (8h a day) but GP asks the "employees" to register also all pauses etc. which I'm not even sure is completely legal to ask (with so short notice) in Denmark.
- It usually takes days to get any problems solved, they don't respond within 24h as you would expect from such a company
I have even considered looking for another job due to the low performance from GP to me as an employee so if you care about your employees, choose another EOR.
