My fairly new pontoons swim platform was starting to look sun damaged since the cover leaves it exposed. I had the idea to reach out to mat companies to have a custom mat made and Matworks delivered!
After some conversation via email about options and some samples mailed out I was ready. Made a template out of builders paper and before long my swim deck looked better than new.
The team here did a great job answering my questions, giving me advice, and helping to get me an invoice that would help me request some compensation from the boat manufacturer (which I did get). Couldn’t be happier.

I called matworks because I didn’t see a template for my boat. I spoke with Andrea and we worked out a template. When my new mat came in it was slightly oversized. I called and asked for more binding to have it trimmed down and repaired locally. They sent me a label, returned and board it and sent it back at no cost! They were awesome to deal with throughout the process and stood by their product. It’s hard to find companies that take care of customers like this anymore. Thank you! 1 1/2 seasons and over 100 hrs in and my boat still looks awesome!
