"I truly believe this is a fake site"

I truly believe this is a fake site and I have reasons to believe all the reviews here are also fake. I tried to buy three airlines tickets after put all the details about the card and passengers, my tickets were in hold and immediately I received a call from a guy named Arlo saying that those prices were not available anymore. So I tried to see other flights rates and I decided do cancel and he said that I would have to pay for a cancellation fee of $1,000. As I hadn’t been charged from my card so immediately I asked my bank to block the card, after that I called to the central number and just after I give my name (which was not the name on the ticket, because they weren’t for me) and nothing more about the ticket the girl who I was talking to already knew what was the flight (that was so creepy). I mentioned that I would like to cancel and my card was blocked so they couldn’t charged me she just hung up on me. At least I wasn’t charged for anything and now I’m here giving it the feedback so others don’t get caught by this trap.

My wife was booking a flight and dates were entered in error Today. After booking not even a few minutes we received a call from a lady (Jasmine) and pointed to the flight hours (in a few hours after booking !) .
She was so helpful and very patient to guide us how to correct it without penalty.
She stayed with us on the phone for very long until all was corrected.
Here I would like to pay our great appreciation to Jasmine, one of the greatest experience with customer support ever had.
