They screwed me over with ITIN, never told me i got denied and refused to provide correspondance with IRS. They lied multiple times. Their tax services are absolute scam, they are quick to charge you, but they wont actually do anything.

Stay away from these guys, they dont know what they are doing.

Edit: we have not resolved anything yet like they said. I gave them option to fix their mistake, but it does not look good at the moment as its very likely we will have to pay $25000+ fines because of them.

I paid for express registration for 1-2 business days and did not receive any result. Registration status is still: Under review

It is impossible to contact them. There are no contacts or feedback forms from the control panel...

At the same time, they constantly throw up windows with additional services and offers to invite friends. Idiots!
