I strongly recommend NMC Property Management, who now manage 4 properties for us. They have a very “can do” attitude and happily deal with tenants’ niggles and problems that arise with cheerfulness and efficiency. They are excellent at finding tenants and achieving good rents. They also have access a good selection of reasonably-priced tradesmen, who deal with repairs quickly and effectively. I shall continue to use and recommend them.
