This is the second year we’ve used nannies through them. Marietta and her team are all wonderful with the children and super helpful with tips and tricks on how hat the children will enjoy. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with how well our nanny took care of our baby.

The only thing that could be improved, we personally feel, is that all the payment of the nanny goes via the company 'Alpine Angels'. Now most of the payment is made straight to the nanny at the beginning of the week.
Our nanny was ill on the last day of our ski holiday. She was therefore unable to come. We found it quite akward whether to ask for the money back for this last day or not. It would be better if this was arranged centrally through Alpine Angels.
But otherwise, we are so very satisfied. We think it's a great initiative and will definitely book a nanny through your service again next year.

The booking process with easy and we always recevied prompt replies to our emails Danielle who cared for our daughter (15 months) and various other of our parties children (Ages 4-7) was amazing. She took the children out and about, entertained them in our chalet and delivered and picked them up from whereever as needed. Throughly recommend Alpine Angels.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Alpine Angels while staying in St Anton for a week’s ski holiday. Booking was really easy and Marietta always quick to respond. Abi looked after our 2 year old boy for 4-5hrs each day and she always made the time fun for him - bringing him toys, taking him for walks and sledging each day, going to see farm animals, hot chocolates, etc etc. He loved it and was so happy to see her each morning. The service was also really flexible and we were able to change or add hours/times from day to day as well depending on our needs. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this agency for childcare.

Sophie was genuinely interested in making it special for the children. She was well capable of a toddler going through his tantrums, and dealt with him brilliantly. Jamie was very happy. She also gave us ideas ourselves to make the holiday better like the swimming and soft play. She didn’t hesitate to help us with picking up food for the kids and really I felt she wanted to help as much as she could. Highly highly recommend her as a nanny. Anyone lucky to have her and hope to get her again next year X

The booking was extremely easy, and Marietta was very communicative and organised. In resort, Abi couldn't have been better. She was calm, down to earth and flexible. The kids loved spending time with her and we would go back again tomorrow if we could!
