I purchased $100 USD of gel blaster equipment from them 16 days ago. Nothing has turned up, and the shipping time estimate was 3 days. I would not recommend this company. I suspect this is a scam. Buy from an Australian company, much less stress.

Some initial problems with the shipping company but eventually it arrived with no extra costs like import duties, vat etc... Would buy again.

I had 3 purchases from M416 gel blaster, i have been buying spare parts for my gel blasters and so far i havent had any problem. All the parts i have purchased are all as described and has been working as intended. The only thing is it takes a while to ship to California. But for now as long as i received my orders intact, i will continue buying from them. I recommend this gel blaster on line store for spare parts.

I made an order with them because of the advertised supposed fast shipping and when the item failed to ship in the advertised within 3 days I contacted them as a matter of course, and they come up with some excuse about a national sweeping or cleaning graves holiday or something like that, they should not advertise fast shipping within 3 days if they have no intention of carrying it out, I was however offered a 10% partial refund as compensation for the delay which I accepted but there was still going to be a few more days before the item is sent, i will be thinking very carefully before ordering from this company again.

I purchased the ln01 or the qwk inverted scales, and I didn't receive all the parts. I reach to them and they responded in a timely manner.They have great customer service, and I will be purchasing more their foam dart blasters.
