Yes they help with money when you need it. However be advised if you do try to settle and pay off your loan amount they say we will have to have someone from customer care team call you to settle. Mind you each day that goes by the balance on the loan goes up. For example I made my payment and not even 24 hours after making a payment I had $7 and some change added to my loan. I can understand interest being added each month or week but daily is disgusting. I have been trying to settle and pay my loan off with this company for almost a week and have been told I need to wait for them to call me back well I watch my amount I have to pay off keep going up. When it comes to paying off early and getting help to do so this company is awful. Be advised and warned ahead of time. Have been told my matter has been escalated but still have not got a call back. This will be 3 business days now that I have been waiting and trying to pay this off. You count the weekend days and it will be 5 days today and each day the balance keeps going up when it doesn't need to because I was willing to pay it off but yet the company makes you wait so they can collect more money.
