That fact that I got the money in the same day was awesome and within 1 and a half hours. It helped so much with last minute Christmas shopping I'm greatful for Birch Lending and how fast they work.

I'm happy that birch lending gave me a loan when I was struggling to get a bill paid off. The lady who was helping me with this process was very nice too. She answered my questions and concerns, what I was told through the contract is i have 5months to pay off the laon I requested which is fine for me but I was going through my billing history and comparing the written contract and things were not adding up right, so I called just to see if I'm just full of it or what, I was trying to figure what was happening, so the lady that helped me this time was nice at first but she was saying I have a 10moth laon payment which I didn't know about...well she said it's with in the contract and that made me little upset, so I'm making this review because I like the customer service they are friendly but I'm not fond of the company itself interest is just too high so I'm just not going to ask for a laon though this company ever again...

To be honest, I desperately needed the money that I was given to pay a bill that was past due, and due to inflation and the lack of being able to pay my bills on time as business with the company I manage has slowed down immensely, my income has also taken a slight dip. I am grateful for Birch and the easy approval process. It was a simple phone call and application and I was approved. Mind you my credit is pretty low right now and Birch was still willing to take a chance on me. So thank you guys!
