Virkelig flot overshirt til manden og topsevice! Den var for stor i første omgang, og jeg var for sent ude med ombytning ift. købsdatoen. Men der var ingen problemer. Inga i kundeservice gav mig en virkelig god hjælp, og hele kommunikationen var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Jeg fik skjorten byttet til størrelsen mindre, og selvom jeg var blevet lovet et direkte bytte, og det alligevel gik sådan, at pengene kom retur, og jeg måtte kontakte Inga igen, blev administrationen holdt på et minimum, og alt forløb glat. Jeg kan klart anbefale Klitmøller😊

"Lydia Schnitt!"

Schnell da und die Hose Lydia passt mir so gut und hat das letzte Jahr so gut durchgehalten, dass ich sie mir jetzt nochmal in Schwarz gekauft habe. Ich hab relativ viel Taille für meine Hüften und diese Hose ist nicht zu eng und nicht zu weit. Plus mein Hintern sieht trotz Hohem Schnitt gut aus. Jeden Cent wert!

-Context-
For someone for whom the dunes along the North Sea a few km from where I live feel like a second home, I was extra attracted to Klitmøller Collective when I was looking into clothing brands that care about its workers and the environment 🌍

-Customer service-
First of all, online customer service was nothing short of incredible. Inga is the kind of person that makes the customer immediately feel welcome and at ease and who goes out of her way to help the customer, with very quick, clear and detailed replies. And in perfect English as well. All while being super friendly, kind, and fun to converse with. It felt like talking to a friend rather than customer service. These are the kind of treasures that every customer service should have (and should hold onto). All in all, it was easily my favourite customer service experience ever. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, as far as I can judge it seems like a company with a very healthy work environment.

-Shipping & items-
Shipping was fast, the items were packed very well and plastic-free, and in a box that was exactly the size of the items so nothing that goes to waste. First impressions of the items are that the quality is very high and they look great. My experience with made in Portugal clothes so far have all been great so I’m confident about their durability.

-Tips-
A suggestion would be to include the height of the models and the size worn on the product pages. Some brands also include the garment measurements for every product, but I could also imagine that's something you'd prefer to share through customer service as then you could include some advice along with the measurements (e.g. preferred fit or if an item has stretch). Anyway, it's just a suggestion of course.

Altogether, my first experience was 10/10 (only because there is no 11/10).

Ein großartiges Unternehmen. Seit ich vor ein paar Jahren zum ersten Mal selber in Klitmoller und im dortigen Shop war bin ich ein großer Fan von der Gegend und Landschaft dort "oben" und von diesem einmalig tollen Unternehmen. Ich freue mich jedes Mal aufs Neue ein Paket aus dem hohen Norden mit den tollen fair und nachhaltig produzierten Kleidungsstücken zu erhalten. Besonders die Shirts und die Strickwaren haben es mir angetan. Super verarbeitete Merino Wollpullover in schönem Design und die Shirts egal ob Kurzarm oder Langarm (in einer Länge, das einem die Shirts nicht bei jeder Bewegung aus der Hose rutschen - super). Wenn ich die Kleidung trage ist es als ob ich in Gedanken an der Nordseeküste bin. Der Service und die Versandzeiten sind unglaublich - vielen Dank.
