"Dont bother"

Was in two minds to write this but I will to prevent anyone from going. I am actually sitting here in pain.
I had implants and crowns this year.
Dr. Aslı Başak SATIK Seemed nice at first but she sat there forcing my tongue down whilst impressions were taken so much that I was coughing it up. I was clearly upset and she got annoyed swore at me in Turkish thinking I didn’t understand. The assistants were just as lethal. They gave me a few implants and ended up putting on crowns on the rest of my teeth. But I didn’t realise till I got back home there were two bridges so I can floss between the teeth and due to this I have a bad gum infection. Due to their negligence and speeding up the process they shouldn’t have added a bridge whilst knowing I have had gum disease.
I have been to a dentist in England now and they have advised I need to remove all crowns which were cemented on and clean up my gums and they will put individual crowns.
I am upset, angry and very annoyed.
I messaged their team awhile back and I was advised to get a water flosser and that should do the trick.
After robbing me of £8k I’m having to pay more money now to fix an issue which this dental clinic has caused.
I wouldn’t recommend any clinic in Turkey as they are hungry to make a quick buck and not take ownership for any work they do. Especially this one and that Doctor was just the most aggressive unprofessional person I’ve ever come across.

To the admin team please don’t message back with excuses- the bridges shouldn’t have been done and oh yeh the back tooth should have had a root canal treatment and your doctor ignored that and I’m having to get this seen to now too.

P.s they also shaved my teeth right down to add crowns and they shouldn’t have done that!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine Leistung in Anspruch nehmen. Der Besuch lässt sich hervorragend mit einem Urlaub in Istanbul verbinden.

Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben schreibe ich eine Bewertung auf Google, aber diese lieben Menschen in der Maltepe Klinik haben es wirklich verdient!
Gewöhnt an die Hektik der deutschen Ärzte und die hohen Preise für zahnärztliche Behandlungen, entschied ich mich für diese Klinik und habe es keine Sekunde bereut.
Ich danke von ganzem Herzen dem Zahnarzt, der alles großartig mit viel Geduld gemacht hat und immer gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die wunderbare Büsra, die vom Türkischen ins Deutsche übersetzt hat, sowie an die freundliche Tugba, mit der ich über WhatsApp Kontakt hatte!

Maltepe Dental Clinic has exceeded my expectations on every level.

Its said that the people is a major factor in what makes a company successful and this is apparent from the receptionists, all the way

to the top at MDC.

The welcome from the first day to the last from all staff, the hygiene standards, the in-house lab and the collective vibe made me feel

at home. In my case there was a minor polishing adjustment that required the in-house lab to respond and they did it very quickly.

Everything I've said is not new, but If you're on the fence about which clinic to choose you could probably find a cheaper price

but it would be wise to consider that quality matters more than price, especially if an alternative clinic does not produce the right

results for you.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the lovely Dr Bahar Bol. She is an amazing consummate professional, and her attention to detail is

impressive, combined with her work ethic and determination to get the job done to perfection made all the difference.

It was her vision of what was right for me, given her experience and expertise, that produced stunning results.

Through this review I give MDC permission to release my contact details on request should anyone need more reassurance.
