After receiving the initial proof, I changed the sizing. Upon receiving the second proof, I approved the order. Kalyn was extremely communicative every step of the way. When I received the final product, I was happy as the pins exceeded my expectations. I ordered 1", soft enamel pins and the texture of the metal adds definition.
