"Review of the Company: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Kiteboarding Equipment Purchase"


I purchased a complete kiteboarding set from this company, but my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory.

1. Missing Foot Straps for the Board

The company failed to disclose that the set did not include foot straps for the board. After receiving my order, I had to reach out to them myself to find out why they were missing. Their response was simply an acknowledgment that the straps had not been included, along with a promise to send them later. This significantly affected my ability to start using the equipment on time, as I had carefully planned my schedule based on the expected delivery of a fully equipped set.

2. Issues with Customs Documentation

The company did not provide me with the necessary certificates regarding the chemical composition of the materials, which led to my package being held up at customs. The customs agent requested these documents from me, but since I didn’t have them, I had to contact the company, wait for their delayed response (or lack thereof), and then forward the documents to the shipping department that was handling the clearance. The company could have easily taken care of this in advance, but their lack of consideration for customers and careless approach resulted in unnecessary shipping delays.

3. Hidden Extra Shipping Charges

After paying in full for both the equipment and shipping, I was surprised to receive a request from the U.S. shipping company asking for an additional $200 for delivery within the country. Their official notification clearly stated that this was a shipping charge—not taxes or customs duties. When I contacted the seller for clarification, they insisted that this was a tax or duty fee. If that were true (which I seriously doubt), they should have informed me in advance that such fees would be required. Instead, they concealed this information, leaving me with no choice but to pay an unexpected fee in order to receive my order.

4. Defective Chicken Loop – No Response from the Company

Upon receiving the equipment, I discovered a defect in the chicken loop: the locking pin, which is supposed to be firm, was instead soft, raising serious safety concerns. I provided the company with detailed photos and videos, yet I have received no response regarding this defect.

5. Still Waiting for the Foot Straps

Since the foot straps were missing, I specifically requested express shipping so I could receive them as soon as possible. The company told me they couldn’t ship on Saturday or Sunday—even though shipping companies operate on weekends. They assured me they would send it via express delivery on Friday, yet it is now Wednesday, and I still have not received the straps.

Final Verdict

My experience with this company has been filled with problems: shipping delays, missing equipment, failure to provide required customs documentation, hidden shipping charges, and a lack of response regarding defective parts. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Draw your own conclusions.

"Envío de producto equivocado "

Me enviaron el pedido de otro cliente y tuve que gestionar su devolución como si el error hubiera sido mío. Tras numerosos trayectos, con una caja enorme, a diferentes puntos de entrega, conseguí deshacerme del producto que me habían mandado y finalmente recibí el regalo de Reyes de mi hijo a finales de enero, casi un mes después de haberlo pedido.
Nunca he tenido una experiencia de compra tan frustrante.
