I ordered a gas heater during the power outage after the storm. unfortunately the heater that arrived had problems which can happen. However the after sales service was very good and Conor insured that I got a replacement that is working well. Due to their aftersales service alone I would highly recommend and Conor was very efficient and professional.

"Echo CS 590 Display Model - Not New "

Recently purchased a Echo CS 590 Chainsaw from Watson Hire for 740 euro.
The Price advertised was considerably lower online in comparison to other vendors and so I believed that I was getting a super bargain.
Post purchase I received a call from Conor advising that the unit involved was in fact a display model and he was checking if i wished to proceed with the Purchase as it was going to be packaged differently . I advised I was happy as long as everything that would be expected to be in a new Box was present. The Delivery was very quick (1-2 days) and upon receipt I opened the box to discover the chainsaw was present alone. There was not even a chainsaw spanner or a manual or anything just the chainsaw. I am happy with the chainsaw received and the delivery / communication was good but feel it should have been referenced as a display model online prior to purchase.
