"Ordered perfume on the 05/11/22"

Had recently written a review and gave them a one star, the reason for this was poor customer service as why my order had not arrived, but I did finally get any email to say it was on the way, and I received my order and was well package and was very happy,my advise,
Order from them but be prepared to wait up to between 2 to 3 weeks

"Order never received!"

Ordered 3 weeks ago and never received it. They are not answering the e-mails and customer service is absolutely useless. Tracking number they provided is showing that the parcel was never sent and even though they can see I have never received it they are still refusing to cancel it and give me a refund. I will never order again!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered perfume on the 4th of November and it hasn’t come, I called them and they keep making up nonsense, also when buying from this store it shows I am purchasing from Ireland which is not true, it’s apparently coming from Germany, rubbish website

Still haven't received the order. parcel tracking didn't work either. Germany to Ireland seems to be a problem...no idea why..I didn't realise it was a German company until after I'd placed the order. That wouldn't have been an issue if they'd been efficient

It was a gift....that I had to buy a replacement for as it didn't arrive yet..

Took two weeks to arrive and no tracking information but arrive it did, at a very good price and with lots of samples included. Good stuff.

I would not buy from this company again. Ordered and paid for 2 bottles of Dior Sauvage, Christmas gift for my sons. Did not receive the items at all. I thought that I was buying from an Irish company but in fact its in Germany. They sent email to say that the delivery was on the way, but received nothing. Must be a very bad and untrustworthy delivery company they use. Have emailed and phoned but no responce from company.

"Extremely disappointed"

Every now and then, this company sends me emails with discount codes.
Yesterday I received one offering 21% off SALE items - when I tried to use it, it did not work (message "This coupon code is invalid"). I emailed them back straight away, as the offer was only valid for 48 hours - no reply whatsoever.

"Great perfume and a great site"

Great perfume and a great site. My caveat would be that it seemed to arrive pretty late - but that could be a Brexit or an Irish post thing. I look forward to wearing this perfume often.
