I am very disspointed to see that a glass candle has broken in the box that it was delivered in. There was no protective packaging for the item, and I am now at a loss as to what to do with the candle ... obviously I cannot gift it now as was my intention when I bought it.

I have emailed the service email address and wil;l update if they are helpful in resvoling this to a good satisfaction.
