Decent quality at a sensible price. They appear to use UPS as their courier - we got notification from Earlygrow that they had dispatched to Courier, and gave a tracking number. 3 days later the courier tracking number was still "awaiting parcel". I contacted Earlygrow who very promptly rang me, discussed the problem sensibly, and dispatched a replacement order via Royal Mail - Excellent customer service repairing a problem within minutes of me bringing it to their attention. Well-packed replacements arrived "next day".
