Their customer service is exceptional. Very quick responsive. I had a problem placing my order and they helped me doing it on the phone while offering me a discount code.
The package arrived after 2 and half weeks and I am already 3 weeks using the laser. The results are slowly showing up. I will come back to update after few months of use.

I forgot to put in the discount code and they reimburse me after making the purchase and followed up with my tracking info and was consistent with keeping a good impression. once delivery was complete they emailed me to notify me which most companies never do.
