"Disappointing customer service "

I purchased Bianchi Oltre XR4 Cv Disc Shimano Ultegra Di2 11V 5K CK16/BLACK FULL GLOSSY - Bike Size : 53 on 26 November 2020, expecting reliable after-sales support as promised under their warranty policy. Unfortunately, when the frame developed a crack within the 3 months after receiving the bike, I contacted their customer service to file a warranty claim.

Despite multiple attempts to reach them via email and WhatsApp, I received no meaningful response or assistance. It has been 3 years since my first inquiry, and the shop remains unresponsive and unwilling to honor their warranty commitments.

This lack of accountability and poor customer service is extremely disappointing.
