I am someone who has struggled with "beginning my workout". One could call it laziness or just a comfortable attitude about being "fat". It was a month ago that I stumbled upon the yoga fitness regime by Naveen, and what can I say, I am glued to it now. I even do my yoga on Sundays now. Just feel like something is missing. Naveen's gentle voice and patient guidance helps beginners like me and I am sure anyone who is super advanced in the practice. There is a calm in the entire practice that is contagious. I am grateful to Naveen for helping me with my journey of transformation. There is a long way to go but there is no hurry. I am sure that by sticking to the practice with him, I am in the best hands. Masterclass! This is what i feel about Naveen sir's yoga class and I literally look forward to every class!
The most liked part of the class is his crisp instructions and the calm on his face! The after effects of the class is definitely very relaxing and I'll be able to correct my breathing pattern. I'm forever grateful to Naveen sir and his classes😊
