Here is the reason: “As you placed your order on Monday night, it coincided with a weekend backlog, which unfortunately prevented us from dispatching it sooner. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused”.
Won’t be using this company again. Better companies to use. (Feb 2025).
