"can't deliver on promises- false advertising- predatory early termination practice."
I saw a sponsored ad on Instagram which stated:
"Does your website feel dead? Does it even show up on the first page of Google? Did you even get a new client on your website this month? The answer is no. Then you have an overpriced business card that I can turn into a money making machine. I've helped over 5,000 businesses increase revenue simply by improving their digital presence. Our team of experts in website design, SEO, and content creation are going to make your phone ring. I get it. I've been burned by some of those overpriced talkers that try and sell me the things and if you don't believe my words, book a call and I'll show you the proof. I've been running a business for over 8 years with over 3,500 active business owners as clients and we deliver on our promises. Click the link below and bring back your website from the dead."
I booked a meeting and enrolled in their program with the max package. based on the conversation I had with the sales person , I felt confident that I would see positive results and I would be getting a return on my monthly investment of $1000. the sales person told me that I would not have to place any ads with google or facebook to get clients. to date no clients, my phone is not ringing. looks like I have an over priced business card and feeling like I've been scammed.
I've addressed my displeasure with my assigned account manager and He stated that webware.i.o. is not a lead generating company and I would have to rearrange my package to do some social media ads to generate clients. this is not what I signed up for or was promised.
your sales people should be upfront with prospective clients.
if your can't deliver on your promises, release me from your predatory early termination scheme and I will be on my way to find a company that delivers on their promises.

"RUN!!!"
RUN!!!! Especially if you are a photographer!!
Cannot express how disappointed I am with this company.
Yes, as others have posted, Their sales people are very good at what they do and don't let you go until you're convinced that they will bring you huge ROI.
They created me an okay website that wasn't easily customizable and had resized images to be pixelated. This is the worst thing a photographer would want on a website.. low quality images...
I had to make a bunch of changes to it. I already had a website and a blog writer.
I hired them for their promise of getting 8 keywords ranked on the first page of google as well as thier social media posts. The social media posts were extremely weak. An image that mentioned a blog post that I had previously posted. No reel, no engagement, nothing to attract new followers.
They promised that keywords would rank by 90 days. Not only did they NOT rank after 180 days, they ranked lower than when i started. Also, they disregarded the keywords that I requested to be ranked and tried to rank ones that were easier to rank for... not ones that would actually be used by public.
They did agree to cancel my contract as I am sure I wasn't their favorite client (pointed out a lot of their errors and issues) They were supposed to provide me with the HTML for the website. They haven't done that yet either.
They seem to have a lot of happy client.. I'm guessing that their happy clients are not photographers as their platform doesn't support an image repository and the images it uploads are resized by the system.
very disappointed

"Worse Marketing Company"
When I started working with Webware around 2017, 5 years had passed by already and today I have totally different experience, as a business owner with not experience in 2017 when I started my business, I paid around $1000.00 to build my website plus around $399.00 in monthly basis per month under contract for a year. In these 5 years, I did SEO about three times more or less, and I got no results. I can said my experience is much better with technology. I have knowledge about Google My Business, SEO, Google Analytics and social media. I was giving my money away. I DO NOT RECOMEND WEBWARE for business owners who has not experience on teghnology building website, my website was beautifull but I was never the owner of the website, hosting and domain. When I decided in 2023 left webware they cancel everything providing me with dificult information to renew my domain sing in to renew domain was difficult to communicate with the ENOM domain provider for freshandshiny.ca, and they just block my sing to lose the chance to renew and keep my domiain, now is in redention for $250.00 dollars to keep it and $49.99 in monthly ,basis when before was $14 a month. Just keeping this website I was paying $55 dollars a month for yearly total of $660.00 plus 5 years $3300 only for the website plus all the SEO that I paid to then that never work properly as Google consider inapropied and spam. they were Google my business parners and never see what google said about the blogs they were posting. just give away my money. 5 years working with then now I have to buy everything again, very bad experience. Good luck if you decide to choose them to manage your business. I recommend please search on youtube and learn first if you are planing to be a business owner, to be sucessfull and choose to build your own website and choose a serious and honest hosting and domain provider, Google my business is free and you can do it yourself plus many options with your gmail account. Good luck

"DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY"
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
I initially spoke with someone who really sounded like she knew what she was doing, then immediately after signing up every interaction was with someone from an Indian call center. They charged me an initial $1,500 to redo my website and “optimize it”, what they delivered was worse than my original and full of grammatical errors with random “keywords” just popped in all over the place, it was just bad. Then they charged $500 per month to maintain, work on SEO and create blog posts, the blogs they were writing were completely illiterate and I had to reject them all, every revision was just as illiterate as the last. I gave this company an entire year to do what they were supposed to do and I saw zero results from their efforts, hiring this company did not bring a single new client to my business.

"Very Happy..."
My rep was super knowledgeable and really took the time to explain when I had questions.
I could sense the enjoyment of his job. He really loves what he does and you could absolutely feel it. I am looking forward to continuing working with my rep and his team in the growth of my services with Webware.

"Stay away! "
I engaged the services of Webware as a new business seeking assistance with search engine optimization (SEO). However, my experience with them proved to be quite disappointing. Initially, they replicated my original website, despite charging a substantial fee for its "creation." Moreover, the stock images they incorporated were completely unrelated to my actual business. To rectify these issues, I diligently compiled a comprehensive document outlining the necessary modifications. Regrettably, they failed to pay attention to my instructions, resulting in incorrect implementation of every requested change. Consequently, I had to reiterate my requirements, providing them with all the necessary texts, images, and all pertinent information.
Communication with Webware proved to be incredibly challenging. Over the course of a 12-month period, I dealt with no fewer than five different account managers. The majority of them were difficult to communicate with and struggled to comprehend my straightforward requests. It is important to note that my website and business are not overly complex.
Furthermore, the content creation aspect of their services left much to be desired. The social media posts they "created" lacked creativity, thought and attention to detail, featuring random and unrelated images, blurry visuals, and heavily zoomed-in pictures that rendered them unrecognizable. The accompanying text suffered from copy-pasting, basic bullet points, numerous grammatical errors, and incoherent sentences. Most of the posts were as basic as they can be such as bullet points on a black background. Webware was also responsible for "creating" blogs, which, once again, required my personal input while they simply copy-pasted the content onto my website and social media platforms. Additionally, they promoted services that were not even listed on my website. When I attempted to address these issues, they merely provided revised versions with the same mistakes. Eventually, I reached a point where I decided to discontinue all content creation and posts, despite still being financially obligated, as it was consuming an excessive amount of my time and tarnishing my public image.
Consequently, I terminated my contract with Webware after the initial agreement concluded. However, obtaining the transfer code for my website proved to be an onerous process, lasting an entire month. Despite emphasizing the critical nature of avoiding any gaps in my website's availability, they procrastinated until the last possible moment to provide me with the code, subsequently suspending the website before the end of the final month. The company's customer service was also problematic, as they missed multiple monthly appointments and failed to complete various tasks in a timely manner.
Given the substantial discrepancy between the cost of their services and the actual value delivered, I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
