Not great to be honest. The level two risk assessment course consists of some just a few poor online training materials, nothing more - they took about an hour to read through. There were no videos to watch or activities to take part in. There is simply no comparison between this training and IOSH training, which is far more lengthy and in depth. If you want to learn anything go a recognised online training centre for IOSH, you can find a list on their website. Don't pay the over inflated price that the British Safety Council charge to do the IOSH course, you can get it for over a £100 cheaper elsewhere - exactly the same materials and exactly the same course.
Following the final assessment for my level 2 course I had to email them to chase up my certificate. Very poor all round.

"I signed for a "On-Line" course with…"
I signed for a "On-Line" course with this company as I was advised that it will be no longer than an hour to get my log in details. Well after 24 hours, 2 phone calls and a few emails I have had Zero information back from them. The payment was taken in flash, but after that you get nothing!
I understand the world is very different due to COVID19, but your own website I will get details in an hours. Your staff say 1 hour wait when I phone up. But 24 hrs is getting a bit much now!

"Very poor service by BSC team"
Very poor service and response by the BSC team, it seems like they don't know what they are responding to. Just playing around with a candidate who is paid a lot to accomplish their carrier path.I don't recommend anyone to go with their service, I have to chase more than a year after my diploma with BSC and they simply send mails and put their mistakes even on the candidate shoulder

This is my second review of these jokers, waiting on a refund for the past two weeks. Funny enough, its all gone quiet again from Britsafe about this. Stay away from Britsafe unless you want to get ripped off, not even worth one star.

i have appeared for British safety council diploma level 6 exam last year and till now they are not releasing me result. i have contact them many time via mail and phone but didn't receive any response.

"IOSH MANAGING SAFELY"
I've took the IOSH managing safely course with the British Safety council. The course was very useful and changed my way of managing my team on site by putting the health and safety first. It gave me a better understanding about how to assess the risk on site, to be more proactive to provide a safe place to work. The work project in the end of modules was very challenging but it's a very good way to get familiar with risk assessments. I would suggest you to use Google Chrome as the website might crash on the other search engines. I gave 4 stars due to the processing time. Otherwise it's a 5 stars.

"Nebosh Certificate in Construction Health and safety"
Course material relatively comprehensive and useful, if outdated in places, for example referencing CDM 2007.
Web based study forum neither use nor ornament, absolute waste of time. You effectively download PDFs of the course materials, practice questions etc and are left to carry on alone.
Biggest gripe and warning to anyone north of Watford would be that the distance learning offer stated that exams would be available to sit in Manchester, Birmingham, London etc, however when it came to booking this all Britsafe would offer was a London venue.
I ended up booking the exams through another local provider and would only recommend Britsafe as a way to access a distance learning approach to the course, which as described previously is literally being able to download PDFs of the course material with minimal interaction otherwise.

Although I won't ever use them again for courses (due to the extensive waiting period between taking the exams and receiving the certification), I do appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Jessica W. She really went out of her way to help with my enquiry and provided promt responses.

Terrible service. I'm waiting almost 2 weeks and can't get on site because they're not sending out certificates in the time specified. Go through anyone else but these people. I'm not alone with this problem.

"Excellent Courses but..."
The Courses are excellent, website crashes though and support is a bit iffy but expensive the courses.
