"Literally the worst customer service"

Literally the worst customer service. I cancelled my subscription and they did not switch it off.

Have been non stop trying to take money out of my account. They have a fake email from the ceo that keeps emailing me saying they trying again to take money out of my account even though i emailed back to this fake ceo email and emailed support 4 times and been on their pathetic live chat with multiple people.

All of that and still they trying to take money out of my account.

Only just getting used to the platform but so far the issues I've had were user error, not the platform. I recommend taking time to watch and re-watch the training videos (I skimmed a couple and hence I didn't fully understand the platform) but once you start to become familiar with the platform its potential becomes obvious. I'm looking forward to seeing what can be achieved but so far, its impressive.
