I recently purchased the pull up bar and dip station and I couldn’t have ask for a better peace of equipment. The products are very strong and do not move when exercising and fit really well in the door frame and you can tell it’s very well made. The product has helped me able to do strength training at home when I cant get out much these days due to family. I rate this product very highly and I am noticing results already. I recommend this product very highly 👍🏻

1. Quality: this mofo is sturdy as hell and has that "high quality feel".

2. The guy that runs (created?) this thing is legendary. He responds to all the comments on Youtube for people asking questions, and his tutorial is super easy to understand.

3. Does it live up to all the promises? Can't say for everything, but my problem was dodgy wrists and they seem less dodgy despite using them just as much.

4. Problems? Usually I wouldn't write this in a 5 star since it's negligible, but since the creator seems like he'd read his reviews I'll just say if you made a bigger model that'd be amazing.

I can't grip it like he does in the videos (my thumb curls around the side instead of going down) and that made it hurt my fingers. A few times if I overdid it my thumb would be disproportionately sore. I still (after a few months) can't go crazy fast, with the limiting factor being that it's not big enough and just slips out with the grip I have to use. I'd say with big hands it's going to be less reliable for building any sort of real muscle, but it's just as good for rehabilitation.

TL;DR: Could be a little bigger, but it's still absolutely a 5 star product.

I ordered a boxing bag off it and I put the sand in and it just completely broke apart it’s horrible quality there’s better sites out there for boxing bags don’t waste ur time or money on this site
