I ordered a squat rack which game quickly but had a couple of faults. RPM resolved to v quickly solve these issues with new parts and sent them quickly.

I requested that two orders I made be sent in the same box and was assured this wouldn't be a problem. However, when the box arrived, it only contained one order. Despite a few exchanges with support, I didn't hear for over a week regarding the rest of my order that was not sent.
