Ah I hesitated buying these! I researched and researched. I just didn't want to waste money on gym equipment that I'll never use.

I am so glad I got these. Best thing ever. So easy during a workout to change over. And storage is convenient.


Also these appear to be the bowflex ones I see in the states but cheaper

There is not cheap about how they are made though
