I was impressed with his dedication to the task at hand and his ability. His friendliness put me at ease, as well. It is apparent that he is very well trained and he seems to really enjoy his work.
I have been very disappointed with customer service from other companies but was pleasantly surprised with Tech Center Plus and with Owen.
