My recent experience as a whole was not ideal, unfortunately, leaving me without a refill to my prescription. I still don’t have it as of today (2+weeks later).
The provider was great, although, I ended up paying out of pocket for a prescription that I could do not get based on residency in a particular state. I followed up immediately on the chat to address the issue and the first “support” that came on was not helpful or listening to me, encouraging me to try things that I already had. We were not getting anywhere.
With that said, someone else took over, and even though I have yet to get my prescription, I trusted that she was trying everything that she could. My most recent chat (5 days ago) also went well and I felt in good hands as I tried to find the best options for my next appointment!

I love that I don’t have to take off work for an appointment. I can take a break and have my appointment and not miss work. My prescriber is very nice and easy to talk to. She’s very understanding and I absolutely appreciate her!

I came to Circle because I was looking to get a CPAP machine and my local doctor had me waiting 4 months just for the initial sleep test. Circle had me straitened out in far less time with online only appointments. They were also pretty attentive, even automatically sending me more supplies for my new machine. Using Circle for my needs has been a really positive experience.

"Payed for three 5min appointments because nobody answered me."
I had a problem with my prescription and sent a message in the chat. Nobody answered me and I had to schedule 3 video appointments with my primary doctor to fix it (she sent the wrong amount of medication to the pharmacy). Spent unplanned $60 dollars in 2ish weeks for 5 min appointments. Not satisfied with the service.

Choosing Circle Medical was the best decision I ever made. I felt like the other doctors I had been seeing weren’t listening to me and therefore continued to over medicate me. The first appointment I had the doctor was already working on getting me off all the medication and taking something that actually works. I haven’t felt like myself in years, but even this is a better version of me. I call it Sarah 2.0 😎
