Overall great, even though I was a bit early the car was ready. Getting out of the drive into traffic on Hutt road is a bit dodgey though because it was such a low sitting car.

Basically, the staff were kind, and it was very good. But when I applied to hire a car, it said one tank of petrol was free. I asked some staff about it, but they didn't explain it to me. So I gave up on getting that service.

Late model vehicle, clean, comfortable and what we requested. The one female Staff who was at work on time was very helpful in Nelson at drop off.

The staff at the depot were great when picking up and dropping off. Lot of fun.
We had a flight delay which arr Chch 5pm, so no car that night!!!. Lady was very abrupt.
Would book other co. That are at airport. If flights could be like that again.

The staff gave excellent service I. e. counter, answering queries, opening/ closing doors, loading/ unloading bags, drop off/ pick up on time all with a kind and polite manner. The car was clean and tidy , also reasonably priced.

Easy pick up and drop off with no dramas. We travelled 2800kms and our rav4 didnt miss a beat. Customer service was great didnt have to clean the car just remove your rubbish. Great location across from barge terminal. Would hire again well done omega cars picton NZ ! 👍😊
