Even when I need some spares for my original Vault pedals that weren’t advertised as available, they really helped me out and sent me some bits from their ex demo stock. "DMR Zone hub damage"
After damaging the freehub on my dmr zones I thought it was game over for the wheel being of an older model, I chanced getting in touch with the guys at DMR for advice but I got 1 better, they sourced the parts I needed and sent them to me free of charge! Now that’s good service for u, can’t wait to get the old DMR Bolt back on the jumps 🤘

Managed to knacker a bolt on my DMR V12s, I contacted DMR and had an answer straight away. They sourced me the part and had it in the post straight away. If only all customer service could be like this.

I received excellent customer service from Rupert, the sales reprasentative. Although the bike I intened to purchase was not available at the time, Rupert kept me on file and up to date with the expected ETA. He was very helpful an patient with my questions. The bike arrived yesterday and it is everyting I hoped it would be. I'd not hesitate to recommend buying from DMR.

"A Problem Quickly Resolved"
I ordered some grips from DMR which never came. After about 3 weeks I emailed their customer support. Rupert responded and was very helpful, he responded with the tracking information that said it was delivered only a couple of days after I placed the order 3 weeks prior. After searching my house I never found them. Rupert then emailed ParcelForce for the photo of my delivered package which they wouldn't provide. Due to this DMR are sending me out my order Free of Charge. I would like to thank Rupert for his help if he ever sees this! It would have been 5 stars if it came first time round! Thanks so so much.

It took DMR 3 months to send a pair of pedals ordered and paid for in April 2021 Rupert in sales and customer service was really quite abrupt and impolite when we politely asked when delivery is expected. After several attempts to contact DMR upgrade bikes did not offer anything to support the situation and just thought this was below a good level of customer service experience and communications so sharing our experience.
DMR did eventually get back to us about this. They did acknowledge and apologise and went on to send a t shirt and hoody although the sizes are one size too small. Order one size up if you buy. We still appreciated the effort to correct things and gave our honest feedback which they did say they take on board.
