Wanted to return an item due to incorrect sizing and the company will not reply. I’ve tried multiple times via their returns section on their website, Instagram messaged them and sent them a message on Facebook.

Do not buy from them.

I spent a lot of money buying seven sections to stack as they suggest. Wish I hadn't! There are sections for rings, but when rings are put in their proper place the lid won't close as the sections are not deep enough. Pity because it is an excellent idea with a major design fault. Not fit for purpose. An expensive mistake on my part.
