This is ridiculous, order a printer 3 days later it arrives, it immediately blows all the electrical circuits in our office, we ring Printerbase to explain we have received a faulty printer can we have a replacement, no we have to register the warranty with Xerox, I said I did not want a repair I wanted a new printer, no I have to speak to Xerox. Xerox have just told me I have to wait for an engineer to call me to arrange a visit to ascertain whether the machine can be swapped under warranty, this is after I informed them that I have completed the Xerox Service Engineer training for the product. Now close to 8 days after ordering the machine I still have no working printer, to top it all we tried to order a replacement machine so that we had a working printer and Printerbase refunded our payment saying we were reselling them, NO WE JUST WANT A WORKING PRINTER!!!!!

Shocking service supplied faulty goods Xerox printer that kept reverting to US settings printer drum left marks on printed paper paper jams printing computer script when no jobs in queue. Neither their helpline or Xerox could rectify. Returned after 4 weeks to have money deducted from refund. Appalling! Do not use them.
