Acquistato un paio di Red Wings,alla ricezione delle calzature il numero si è rivelato grande,con una telefonata e il necessario tempo tecnico, scarpe sostitute col numero giusto e senza ulteriori spese di spedizione... consiglio vivamente questo venditore x la gentilezza e professionalità che li contraddistingue tra i venditori che ho avuto a che fare fin'ora nei vari acquisti on-line..bravi!

"Very bad handling of quality claim"

Very bad handling of quality claim. I bought a pair of Ash sandals where one of the shoe was broken after using the sandal a few times. Was just told that they cant help me with the claim unless its returned in the originally box, which I dont have after 3 weeks.
I will never buy Ash shoes again and I will never shop at Pier Paolo Marotta again, since they won't take responsibility of a documented qualityproblem with the sewings on the one sandal.
