"Tour of Vietnam & Cambodia"

Thank you Ms. Trang Nguyen of Fine Asian Escapes for ensuring that my husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia. From start to finish, Ms. Trang was a joy to work with. Even with the time difference between us, she always responded quickly to all of my questions. She gladly accepted our requests for a specific hotel and changes to the itinerary. While on our vacation, we didn't have to worry about transfers to the airport or hotels or anything else for that matter. Even when we had a minor hiccup at one of our hotels, Ms. Trang immediately contacted the hotel to have the issue addressed promptly. Every detail of our vacation was carefully planned and communicated to myself and our various guides. Speaking of our English speaking guides, they were all very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to have alongside our tours. I highly recommend Fine Asian Escapes AND Ms. Trang Nguyen for anyone planning a trip to Vietnam & Cambodia!

"As good as it gets"

There was upside on every day of the 10-day tour we took of Vietnam and Cambodia with Fine Asian Escapes. Ms. Trang Nguyen was prescient in the places, hotels, meals she chose for us, not to forget that she was always ready to customize. We got drivers and guides to give us an experience we couldn't have figured out ourselves, since we were visiting these countries the first time. In Siem Reap in Cambodia, the guide experience was delightfully interactive, given that we (me and my wife) were raised Hindu and Angkor Wat and the other temples were originally built as Hindu temples. We were also perfectly at ease in the extremely dense concentration of shops in Hanoi, Hoi An and Siem Reap, because we have seen that in Mumbai before. The breakfast buffets were almost like brunch buffets. (If I would change one thing about the included lunches, it is that I would make them dinners, simply because it is hard to eat 5-6 course lunches after these breakfast buffets.)

One other suggestion I have is to combine the roles of driver and guide if possible. It could save some money. We chose the 4-star premium package and it was not a problem for us, but I do think it may bring more customers.

We also loved the break from sight-seeing when doing the class in Vietnamese cooking and lantern making. Definitely something we will cook at home.

While I have largely turned vegetarian and requested Ms. Nguyen for vegetarian meals, I had to suspend that diet in this trip for the best possible reason, that there was so variety of good food that I did not want to miss.

Ms. Nguyen and her small company punches well above their weight. You will get personal service that is harder with bigger tour operators. Absolutely worth comparing and considering. You won't be disappointed.

"Great from start to finish"

Everything about Fine Asian Escapes is a pleasure.
From my first emails to enquire about our trip, through the planning process, Ms Trang seemed to be available whenever I had a question. She helped plan our trip locations, hotels, excursions and more, Even once the booking was made she kept in touch to advise on Visas and other essentials.
When we landed in Hanoi, we were met from the plane and our passage through customs was expedited. The first lady who met us snapped our pic on her mobile which ensured that our guides in various cities recognised our faces and saved us from searching for them.
Speaking of guides... Wow. we had guides at each location we visited. Sapa, Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and Saigon. Each guide was fluent in English, but more importantly, they were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their cities. They also all had a good sense of humour which is so important when you are spending a lot of time together. Throughout the trip Ms Trang kept in tough to ensure that we were having a good time and advising us about our next location and guide.
When our planned itinerary was complete, we elected to stay on in Saigon for a few extra days. Ms Trang organised our hotel, a late checkout on our departure date and a driver and guide to take us to the airport and ensure that our check in was seamless.
I cannot recommend Fine Asian Escapes highly enough. Every person involved with the company is a credit to them and as a team they strive to give you the perfect holiday.

We had Fine Asian Escapes plan an 8-day tour of Vietnam that included travel by air between multiple cities in the country, stays in several hotels, and an itinerary packed with tours and other experiences. Overall, we were very satisfied with all the accommodations, travel arrangements, and tours in our package, and the guides we had in each city did a great job. We can't say enough good things about Ms. Trang and the staff at Fine Asian Escapes, they went out of their way to accommodate us, even when we asked them to make changes to our itinerary at the last minute. I would recommend Fine Asian Escapes to anyone that is looking for a highly competent travel agency with a staff that is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the best things to see and do in Vietnam, as well as other countries in the region. We will definitely use Fine Asian Escapes to plan our next tour in Asia.

"Excellent company for Vietnam & Cambodia travels "

We had a 14 day holiday in Vietnam & Cambodia- end of October/beginning of November this year. From the outset, we received an excellent service. Ms. Trang helped create an itinerary based on our needs. Through email exchanges, we confirmed & finalised our travel plans. We were met at each point of our journey by knowledgeable, English speaking guides & very friendly taxi drivers. The places we stayed in were comfortable & as we both are vegetarian this was planned into the travel arrangements as well.
Our guides were very pleasant & gave us time to enjoy the ambience & beauty of the places we visited & accommodated our wishes and were not pushy/rushing us to finish up for the day.

Fine Asian Escapes, our guides & Ms Trang especially made this a very memorable experience for the both of us.
While the prices may seem a bit high, the comfort - especially the places we stayed in & the taxi & domestic flights & not having to worry & constantly plan for what we needed to do next certainly makes it worthwhile.
We would definitely use their services again, when visiting next time.

I tried Fine Asian Escapes for the first time on my trip to Hanoi and Sapa in September 2024. I found them on the web search. Trang Nguyen is the Director of Sales and she did an incredible job creating a itinerary specific to my travel dates and interests. I am very pleased with my experience. Everything was perfect including my guides in Hanoi (Hoang) and Sapa (Tung). Also the hotels I said in were all 5 stars and incredible. I stayed one night on the Heritage Cruise in Ha Long Bay and the experience was incredible. I love Vietnam! My mom is going back in March 2025 and I will use Fine Asian Escapes to help her book her trip!
