"Took longer than I expected for a response back"

Edit: This company did end up responding to me, and gave me a refund. That's a good sign. I was worried because it took a few days. This seems like a legitimate tutoring site, however there seems to be a slight language barrier and sometimes lagging of the screen. I'm wondering if the tutors actually live in the US, maybe not? That might be why there was so lagging. I think it will be great for many students, we decided to look elsewhere.

This company will not respond back to my emails to cancel our account. It feels very scammy. It feels like they just want my money and are avoiding my emails and messages. I even downloaded Whatsapp which I have never used before in attempt to get a hold of some customer service and still no reply. I just want our money back, and for my card to be off their site.
