Somehow my order came through on an older system that they no longer used. After not receiving my order after about 40 days, I contacted the company via email. Once they had determined what had happened they honored the prices ( that were a lot lower) from my order. They were very apologetic and put a rush on my order. They sent several proofs to make sure everything was to my specifications. I received my order in about 5 business days and I was not disappointed with the quality. I will use them again if I need additional products.
