"Stay Away!"

Started out good, seemed like a good investment. However we found out they have a high turnover rate and no substitute staff if your VA calls in sick, which seemed very frequent for us, a few times they had an absence longer than a week.
There are hidden fees and you're likely to get robbed as we were, when we ended our 2 year relationship due to their failure to perform per contarct. They charged us a months pay even though Agency VA failed to perform per contract.
As far as competance maybe 50/50 chance, but I wouldn't bet on it.
