Since Feb 28,i am trying to Sync my Amazon Account.It is not happening. Raised a ticket, not nothing helped out .The Customer service team does not care about our Experience .they close the ticket without resolving the issue.

I was charged the annual fee but had never used the service. Tried to call to rectify the problem but couldn’t get customer support by phone. Decided to email Jungle Scout asking for a refund. They immediately refunded my money and cancelled the account that I thought I had already cancelled. Unfortunately because I couldn’t get a live person I cancelled my card to prevent any future charges but didn’t need to.

The customer service team is great and super responsive. My short lived experience was smooth from beginning to end. However, I was just wondering how accurate are these numbers when it comes to monthly sales and search volume as i found a big discrepancy between the JS monthly search volume for a particular products and the search volume of the same product on H10
