The copy editing was of marginal quality. The editorial review was a surface look which made it useless. The advertising campaigns were oversold and under performing. The website does not provide me any control except a blog it takes weeks of repeated requests to get a review paced on it. In short, I wasted several thousand dollars that I cannot afford.

"BUYER BEWARE"
Iuniverse Publishing Company are out of Indiana. They would call me every month to check up on me and reassured me that the money I spent would be well worth it--- they reeled me in like a fish!!! In March, 2023 I gave them the go ahead to publish my book. However, I was having a difficult time in communicating with them. I decided to cancel within the 90 day window. Instead of reimbursing the correct amount (taking out $150, they took out another $400 due to the MANUSCRIPT BEING DENIED!!! They were only supposed to assess a $150 fee or 10%, according to their Termination Agreement!
DO NOT GO TO IUNIVERSE PUBLISHING!! When you call or email them for advice, good luck!

The follow up after my book was published was pitiful. When I expressed my frustrations about my issues, I was dropped like a bomb.
Definitely a wasted investment!
