I make a little change every year for 14 years to make the pins unique, the people at Pin Depot do an amazingly fast job of making changes and sending out a pin that is loved by all that get one.

This is my 2nd order from you. I'm happy with the pins. But there was no communication with shipping... I didn't get tracking info until I asked for it, then it was delivered 2 days later. I didn't care that it's coming from out of country, but I do want to know when it ships. It took way too long.

I'll likely use another company next time. Although I am happy with your product. It took too long and was no communication.
