I have been using the spray's for about 4 weeks. I am not really seeing a difference at all on the spray for sleep and a slight effect on the night sweats with the menopause spray. How long should the products take to start really working?

I received my order but when I opened the box instead of three bottles of spray there were two. Along with the 2 bottles was a note letting me know the third bottle is back ordered until March 1st. This was the first I had heard of not receiving my full order - via note in the box. I would have preferred an email as a heads up when my order was shipped. Still waiting for the 3rd bottle. The two bottles I did receive, I'm happy with.

I purchased both the menopause spray and the diet spray after reading good reviews of both. After 3 weeks I have found that neither product works for me. The menopause spray has no effect on the hot flashes I'm experiencing, and the diet spray does nothing to curb hunger cravings. Won't purchase either again.
